JS-2000
The JS-2000 fully automatic horizontal baler is the biggest baler by far in the range, with a ram pressure of 125 tonne up to 240 tonne and production of 40 tonne per hour. Bale weights up to a massive 1.5 tonnes can be produced according to the bale length, which can be set up electronically. Like all machines in this range you can set various configurations to suit your individual needs. This fully automatic horizontal baler can be specified with either horizontal or vertical needles for the unique ting system and we can also supply the JS-2000 with cord baling system.
JS-1900
The JS-1900 fully automatic horizontal baler will process large quantity’s of cardboard, plastic, RDF or paper. This efficiently reliable fully automatic horizontal baler can be configured to suit your specific needs, with a ram pressure of 100 tonnes and bales upwards of 525kg. With either horizontal or vertical needles used for a unique automatic tying system. Like our other fully automatic horizontal balers we can supply this machine with a cord baling system or the standard steel wiring system.
JS-1800
The JS-1800 fully automatic horizontal baler is the first in the open channel range to offer 5 wire tying making up for the greater pressure the bales are made with. This JS-1800 fully automatic horizontal baler can be supplied with cord baling system in addition to the standard steel wiring system. Production rates of this fully automatic horizontal baler are greatly increased making this baler great for larger operations, with bale weights upwards of 500kg and ram pressure at 85 tonnes.
JS-1000
This fully automatic horizontal baler model is capable of processing card, paper, plastics and RDF materials without preconditioning such as straw, lucerne, etc. and fodder in general. The main characteristic of this machine is the tying system which can be vertical or horizontal and with press pressure 45 to 85 tonne and bale weights of 500kg. A cord baling system can also be supplied with this machine to suit your individual needs. With production up to 11 tonne per hour and the fantastic reliability this horizontal baler offers you can expect bale after bale 24/7.
JS-800
This fully automatic horizontal baling machine like the JS-800 model is capable of processing card, paper, plastics and RDF materials without preconditioning such as straw, lucerne, etc. and fodder in general. The main characteristic of this machine is the tying system which can be vertical or horizontal with press pressure 30 to 45 tonne and a bale weight of 470kg. A cord baling system can also be supplied with this machine to suit your individual needs. Production up to 4.5 tonne per hour.
JS-500
This fully automatic horizontal baling machine like the JS-500 model is capable of processing card, paper, plastics and RDF materials without preconditioning such as straw, lucerne, etc. and fodder in general.
